Gave a quote that it should take half an hour per tire but since they had their "best tire guy" on it it came back costing twice as much. He also did not put the hub on correctly on front wheel and ended up losing it on the way home. The wheels are also scratched up and really look bad probably from impact wrench. Today today was a good day although I had to take my KW to a shop for some work…. I had never heard of Specialized Truck Repair until recent when I was searching for some where to get my KW looked at. Dustyn and Tyler both made me feel comfortable upon my arrival. The knowledge and expertise they displayed put me at ease when discussing what was going on with my truck. Then they went right to work, they did a full inspection of my truck and walked me through the deficiencies they found and gave me recommendation on repairing their findings. As a Driver we sometimes don’t see or know all the issues that our trucks may have.
