Had brakes repaired on my 2012 Expedition. Completely satisfied. Owner is honest and makes a great effort to see that each repair is to done correctly and that the customer is satisfied. Brant Jones has been my mechanic for 18 years. An honest and helpful mechanic is a good find. Any one star reviews are most likely written by someone who cannot be pleased or by a competing auto repair shop.
Absolutely fantastic! I work for a roadside assistance company and I called then to help us with a tow the other night, Blue was amazing. He got there quickly and was super pleasant on the phone. If I can even get more business their way they will get it every time. #teamblue
They did a quality repair job on rusted brake lines on my truck. Brakes work much better now. Fast service. Very reasonable pricing. I plan on going back for anymore service needed for my truck or car.

I was sent because I thought something was wrong with my trailer, but it turned out that my fuse popped out in my truck. The receptionist is a blast we laughed the entire time. Thank again for the help on my trailer and the laughs with the receptionist 🤗😂🤣.
I’m very pleased with repair on my RV. When no one else would even schedule me they worked me in and replaced the fuel pump in my tank. Very pleased!

Driving an RV from SC through TN on a Sunday. Called the big company near Specialized Trucking to jump our generator. Wouldn’t help us. I called Specialized Trucking helped us while extremely busy got our generator jumped in less than 10 minutes. Rock star service. Thank you SO much!!!

Called the shop spoke to John. Explained to him how my driver was at Love's Truck stop near by. He couldn't move because the diesel pump was cracked Love's kept trying to send me to Freightliner. Glad i came across Specialized truck repair in Google. John got my truck towed to his shop for a reasonable prices. They got the part for me from freightliner and got it in the truck in half a day. Price was very reasonable and since they own the tow truck I got a good price on that. I highly recommend this shop If you are a OTR driver and are looking for a shop that won't take advantage of you.

Brought my truck in because the air vents were not working right. When I turned on my heat it would blow cold out the a/c vents. The tech Kevin had my dash tore apart and fix the problem and had it all back together in an hour. Thanks for the great job.

They are wonderful. We were visiting from out of state and our engine light came on. They were the only ones that said they would take the time to look at it that same day even though they were very busy. They came right out when we got there and let us know it was not an urgent problem (a glow plug was bad) and we should be fine waiting until we got home

We sufferend an EGR Cooler failure on the side of I-65. It actually grenaded on us. After being towed to Specialized, we were repaired same day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
We had our truck towed from the dealership. We saved moneycoming here, even including the tow bill. We also didn't have to wait 2 weeks like the dealership said it would take.
Went in for an oil change, found out that the oil pan was cracked and also there was damage to other parts of the car and so it turned out to be a very expensive repair. Took some extra time but was able to get all the needed parts in and car is now working great. Friendly service and quality job.
These people took such great care of me. This is my 1st box truck but they had no problem going over the truck with a fine tooth comb or explaining different aspects and functions of the truck. The pricing was affordable as well. They have definitely won my business!!!Thanks guys!!!
