Very nice and friendly, I went in, told them what was wrong with my tractor. They looked at it and told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a time frame on how long it will take them to repair it. The truck was done within the time they told me, I paid them and was on my way.

So I have been to a lot of shops over the past year and a half since becoming a owner operator. I just want to say this place is the most fair and honest place I’ve experienced. Nikki was so nice and had her start on my trailer right away. She jumped in to help, and she tracked down a grounded out wire. She knows what she is doing. I had a Speedco shop try to figure it out first but that was a waste of time. Once I read the reviews of this place I knew I had to try them. The amount of time I saved by stopping in at Specialized truck repair saved me a lot of money. Thank you Nikki!
