The Benefits of Professional Trailer Repair

Keeping your trailer in top condition is essential for both safety and efficiency. With professional trailer repair services, you can:

  • Improve Safety: Properly functioning brakes, lights, and suspension systems reduce the risk of accidents on the road.
  • Stay DOT Compliant: Regular inspections and repairs help you meet federal and state regulations, avoiding fines and delays.
  • Protect Your Cargo: A well-maintained trailer ensures your freight remains secure and undamaged during transport.
  • Extend Equipment Life: Addressing wear and tear early helps preserve your trailer and avoid major component failures.

What are the most common trailer repairs?

Common trailer repairs include brake system issues, suspension wear, lighting failures, and tire damage. Regular inspections help catch these problems early and keep your trailer operating safely and efficiently.

How often should trailers be inspected?

Trailers should be inspected regularly, especially before long hauls. Routine inspections—along with scheduled DOT inspections—help identify worn components, ensuring your trailer remains compliant and road-ready.

Why is trailer alignment important?

Proper trailer alignment ensures even tire wear, improves handling, and reduces stress on suspension components. Misalignment can lead to premature tire failure and reduced fuel efficiency, making regular checks essential.

Critical: ValueI took my truck to this place to patch ONE tire. There was nail on right rear internal tire. They spent one hour to do that. And asked me to pay $168. After arguing with the guy on front desk, he reduces the price to $89.20. This place is very expensive and horrible. If anyone going there, please ask the price before job has done, & screwed you up.Service: TiresI took my truck to this place to patch ONE tire. There was nail on right rear internal tire. A truckers biggest asset while on the road is TIME, and Angels Truck Service definitely understands that. They were able to get our driver in and out quick. Paul, the shop manager (perhaps the owner) was very courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend to fellow truckers out there.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wouldn’t use the clowns again! Came in because my regen light was on and wouldn’t go off and check engine fault code was on. They preformed 2 parked regens and used their computer. They said I needed an ECU update, but I just had the ECU replaced 3 months ago. Then they tell me their computer can’t update the ECU because their software is out of date. But yet they still charged me $193.49 for using the computer. It was a complete waste of my time and money. They didn’t get anything resolved, they must be desperate for money!Service: Auto engine diagnosticI wouldn’t use the clowns again! They did a quality repair job on rusted brake lines on my truck. Brakes work much better now. Fast service. Very reasonable pricing. I plan on going back for anymore service needed for my truck or car.

They are wonderful. We were visiting from out of state and our engine light came on. They were the only ones that said they would take the time to look at it that same day even though they were very busy. They came right out when we got there and let us know it was not an urgent problem (a glow plug was bad) and we should be fine waiting until we got home

Had brakes repaired on my 2012 Expedition. Completely satisfied. Owner is honest and makes a great effort to see that each repair is to done correctly and that the customer is satisfied. Brant Jones has been my mechanic for 18 years. An honest and helpful mechanic is a good find. Any one star reviews are most likely written by someone who cannot be pleased or by a competing auto repair shop.
