How Can I Extend My Overall Battery Life?

Ensure you're undergoing scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) service regularly. During your visit confirm that the following items are checked by the tech:

Clean battery connections (no debris).
Tighten and secure battery connections.
Battery hold-downs are secure.
Confirm that battery is holding full charge.
Check cable connections at the battery and alternator. Rust and/or corrosion will affect how the battery charges.
If necessary, do a voltage drop test from battery to alternator to ensure cables are acceptable to use.
Be sure to check what loads are being used and how much power is being taken by the additional use of air conditioning during summer months.

NOTE: All batteries have a limited lifespan. Batteries should typically be replaced every 2 to 3 years.

Had bad tire at the dot scales by Olive branch they charged $450 for a tire $250 for labor.. hopefully crooks like these people will go out of business

I stopped too get a tire fixed at 4:45 was told he has put everything up already couldn’t help me!! I was trying to get to my daughter at St. Jude had to sit at loves travel center for four hours missed seeing my daughter she was asleep when I arrived just wanted to say thank you Angels y’all really care about your costumers!!!!

Called the shop spoke to John. Explained to him how my driver was at Love's Truck stop near by. He couldn't move because the diesel pump was cracked Love's kept trying to send me to Freightliner. Glad i came across Specialized truck repair in Google. John got my truck towed to his shop for a reasonable prices. They got the part for me from freightliner and got it in the truck in half a day. Price was very reasonable and since they own the tow truck I got a good price on that. I highly recommend this shop If you are a OTR driver and are looking for a shop that won't take advantage of you.
