What Is the Drivetrain?
The drivetrain consist of several small components that work together to deliver the power to the wheels to move your truck. When one of these components start to breakdown or fail, it can cause a significant effect on your truck's performance. The drivetrain consists of four basic parts; transmission, driveshaft, axle and differential. Fleet trucks experience a lot of hard work and wear and tear, which results in driveshafts being prone to issues.
Signs your Drivetrain is failing and in need of service:
Types of Drivetrain Repair
Most commonly seen issues with any component in the drivetrain is usually maintenance or the replacement of gears and bearings that have worn over time. If not properly taken care of, larger problems can occur and could result in needing a replacement of a larger drivetrain component. Servicing your truck's drivetrain with differential fluid and transmission fluid flushes is highly recommended. If you experience any of the above signs, its likely you need to have your drivetrain looked at by the professionals here at Specialized Truck Repair & Fleet Maintenance,

Critical: ValueMy APU needed a simple oil change. I provided all filters. Job only takes a half hour at most, but they did the job in 28 minuets. Unfortunately, they charge a minimum of three hours labor, well over 300 bucks. Speedco or any loves will do it for just over a hundred dollars. So, if your truck's APU needs an oil change, take it to any loves or Speedco and save yourself a full day's wages. My APU needed a simple oil change. I provided all filters. A "hidden" gem! I thought Angels Truck Service was for 18-wheelers but called and spoke with the owner, Paul, who was extremely nice and helpful. I went by the shop yesterday to see about getting tires mounted for John Deere lawn tractor. I was amazed at the exceptional customer service, the helpful attitudes, and the consideration of everyone one I encountered. I can't say enough nice things about Paul, Angels Truck Service and his guys! I highly recommend this business!!!A "hidden" gem! PERFECT PLACE TO GET SCAMMED. Nearly $500 for a leaky radiator hose, charged for 10 gallons of antifreeze when the truck was almost full of brand new antifreeze which I guess nobody bothered to save, 2 hours of labor when they changed the hose in 10 minutes and a serious attitude problem when we asked about the shady bill. The hose itself costs $35.00 at the local dealer....In the end we just wanted to pay our bill and be on our way but they refused to accept our credit card and insisted on cash payment, fearing a claim because of their shady services. Lost nearly 5 hours and had to get the local police involved so that they would accept a DEBIT card because our driver did not have enough cash on him. STAY AWAY.PERFECT PLACE TO GET SCAMMED.
