Expectations for this Position:
- Supporting a loyal clientele, maintaining sales records, meeting sales objectives and establishing good employee relations.
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and technicians
- Ordering, scheduling, maintaining inventory
- Clearly and simply explain the work performed and associated costs to customers
- Keep up to date on manufacturer's policy procedures and warranties.
- Actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.
- Prepare and process bills and customer payments using basic mathematical skills
Requirements for this Position:
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Computer literate.
- A self-starter with initiative and proven willingness to assume ownership for areas of responsibility.
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly and independently.
- Promotion of company goals by supporting and implementing changes is imperative.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task and apply initiative.
- Great attitude & punctuality, strong communication skills, safety conscious, good instincts, organization skills and self-motivation
- Working knowledge and experience of diesel products, repairs and parts
Compensation:
- Full Time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (Nashville location is 7am - 5pm)
